– Soul of Arakawa version of the make can reach 13K ES, 1.3M DPS and 8K ES sustain/sec! – that’s like 3x the sustain of most RF builds!
– Can survive Bullet Hell with some decent dodging (without Vaal Discipline)

Pros:
+ Great evident speed + DPS (1.8 million Shaper DPS)
+ Fairly low-cost! The only required uniques are HOWA (~4c) and Incandescent Heart (~1 inch). Recommended Astramentis is ~20c also.
